If you are having technical or other difficulty logging in to manage your account online, please follow the steps below:

1. Click on the topic of your question above
2. If you are a registered user, enter your email address and password and click "Login"
3. If youíre not a registered user, click the Create An Account button, then:

  1. Enter email address and confirm
  2. Create password and verify password
  3. Enter First Name, Last Name, Street Address, City, State, ZIP, phone number, email address and click Submit
4. Select "Dillardís Card Services"
  1. Enter your account number and click Submit to register
  2. Update your security question and answers, then click Register
  3. Set up Your Personalized Image and complete the Challenge Questions

5.Select "Contact Us/My Messages" in the right-hand menu to send us your inquiry.
