A.   You may sign up for online credit services by clicking Registration. You will be required to complete the online registration form before being granted access.

A. You will need the following information in order to register:

Your credit card
Last Four Digits of Social Security Number
Email Address
Date of Birth
Mother's Maiden Name

A. We require you to provide us personal information to login to ensure that your account is protected from unauthorized access.

A. Yes, we use SSL encryption, an industry standard, to help protect account information about you from unauthorized access. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice an unbroken key or lock at the bottom of the page.

A. Your account number can be found on the peel off card that you received 7 to 10 days after you were approved for the card. It can also be found on the paper statement. If you do not have your account number you can call GE Capital Retail Bank at 1-866-634-8379 and press zero during the first two prompts asking for your account number. For Business Accounts call 866-634-8380 between 6am and 11pm CST and for Corporate Pay-in-Full call 866-634-8381 Monday through Friday between 7am and 6pm CST.

SSL technology secretly encodes (or encrypts) information as it is being sent over the Internet between your computer and GE Capital Retail Bank's systems. This encryption technology is designed to ensure that account information travels securely over the Internet and remains confidential.

A. During a secure SSL (Secured Socket Layer) session, data traveling between your computer and GE Capital Retail Bank's systems is secured using encryption technology. This SSL technology secretly encodes information about you to create a private conversation that only your computer and GE Capital Retail Bank's systems can understand.

A. When you have finished using a secure area of the credit site, make sure you log out and then close/exit the Internet browser software (e.g., Internet Explorer, AOL). This will decrease the possibility of anyone viewing confidential account information.
